As the only real estate broker in the Bonn / Rhein-Sieg area, KRAFT Immobilien has been awarded the highest rating of 5 Sternen by the business magazine "Capital". The October issue of the magazine states:
"In 50's most important real estate markets in Germany, buyers and sellers find very good brokers everywhere. For the first time, the Capital Makers Compass 2017 (issue 10 / 2017) providers achieved the top rating of five stars in all test areas. Overall, 252 providers received good to very good ratings. 151 companies received the highest rating of five stars, 101 came to four stars. Most five-star brokers find real estate buyers and sellers, each with seven in Berlin and Nuremberg. In Stuttgart and Leipzig, customers have the choice between six real estate agents with the top grade. For the fourth time in a two-stage test, Capital evaluated together with iib Dr. med. Hettenbach Institut and the analysis house Scope Investor Services (formerly Feri Eurorating Services) the quality of residential real estate agents in 50 German cities. The analysis included criteria such as market position, qualification, process quality, exposé and contract as well as the service of the companies ".
