The market reports on real estate, which are mostly published annually, have the disadvantage of working with older data that do not reflect the current status. For this reason, we examined the results of the largest real estate databases for over a month and examined the current offers with regard to the m² prices called up. As expected, the picture for city districts, selected districts and communities in Bonn and the Rhein-Sieg district is very heterogeneous.
