Building:
The Art Nouveau building was built around 1900 (planning from 1895) as the left half of a twin house. Inside, the two-story building has largely been preserved in its original state. Through a classical wooden door (with hidden modern security technology) you enter the entrance with a beautiful terrazzo floor. A curved oak staircase connects the floors from the ground floor to the top floor. The historical frames have been preserved, most of the doors are designed as cassette doors according to the year of construction, some as double doors. A sliding door separates the dining room from the living room on the ground floor. The wooden windows are made of double glazing.
The floors in the hallways, living room / bedroom and kitchen are covered with parquet or wooden floorboards. All the ceilings in the living rooms on the first and second floors have wonderful stucco ceilings.
The heating takes place via an oil-fired central heating (Viessmann from 1995), the hot water supply (Froling) is also centrally controlled.

The spacious Art Nouveau house is located in the middle of the Bad Godesberg villa district. The location is one of the best in Bonn. The Bad Godesberg upper middle class has always resided here. Stately houses from the Wilhelminian era with lavishly decorated facades in streets lined with old trees characterize the location. At the time when Bonn was still the capital, these houses were often used as embassy seats and residences.

The connection to Bad Godesberg's pedestrian zone is ideal (5 minutes on foot), and Bonn city center is only a 10-minute drive away. The Rhine can also be reached on a short walk in 15 minutes.
