The building is originally an old building; the vaulted ceiling in the basement is probably from the end of the 19th century. The year of construction of the rest of the structure cannot be determined exactly, but it is estimated to be 1950. Our inspection of the building files did not reveal any plans that correspond to the current layout of the house.
