The office property, built in concrete in the 90s, consists of the tower building - a seven-story round building - and the crest building, an elongated four-story rectangular building from which three lateral transverse structures are accessed.

Rental price:
The amount of the rental price depends on the necessary investments by the owner and the term of the rental agreement.

Provision:
Two months' rent for contracts with a term of up to five years. With a longer contract term, the commission increases to four months' rent. The commissions are exclusive of VAT (currently 19%), option periods apply as a term in terms of commission.
